The 5 year integrated M.Sc. Earth Science will be conducted by the Department of Geology supported by other departments under the Faculty of Science.

Course: The duration of the course is 10 semesters spread over five academic sessions.The students will be required to undergo training in the summer vacations . The number of seats for the course is 25.If a student does not attend at least 80% of the classes during the first two weeks without any serious medical reason, his/her admission will stand automatically cancelled and the seat will be offered to the next candidate in the waiting list.

Eligibility Conditions: Candidates who have passed the 10+2 in sciences will be considered eligible for
admission to the ten Semester Integrated M.Sc. course in Earth Sciences. The admission will be open to two categories of students. Category -1 will include those who have appeared for IIT JEE and will have to submit their score together with the application. Category-2 will be those who don’t have IIT-JEE score but have passed 10+ 2 with Mathematics. Initially, the admission will be on the basis of IIT-JEE merit list, however, depending on the vacancies available, students of category-2 will be also considered for admission.

Registrar, University of Delhi, payable at Delhi and the necessary documents must reach the following office latest by June, 25, 2010.
